With over 20 years of industry experience, Alissa Vatter brings knowledge and passion to role as Vice President, Sales Executive for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services division and Builder Services Division. Alissa provides title and escrow services with a personal touch for commercial brokers, lenders, attorneys, and developers based in the Coachella Valley area that are involved in both local and national transactions. Her talents are equally backed a sound team of knowledgeable title, escrow, and due diligence experts. 

Alissa began her industry path with a major commercial brokerage firm and transitioned into escrow with Fidelity National Title in 2010. Her natural ability to help connect individuals and approach a transaction from multiple vantage points allows Alissa to provide insightful service to her clients. In an ever-changing industry, one thing Alissa’s clients can always count on is her reliability. Her outgoing, energetic spirit is equally matched by her attention to detail and professional care for her clients.

Alissa is actively engaged in her community, dedicating her time and efforts to various organizations. She is committed to serving on the Habitat for Humanity Board, the DVBA, and is a founding member of the Professional Women in Building Inland Empire. In addition, she also serves as the Founder and CEO & Chairman of LionHeart Owen Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting families affected by congenital heart defects and teaching how to joyfully grieve through child loss.  

A Southern California native, Alissa enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, running, and biking. Above all, she cherishes her husband, two children, and her Golden Retriever named Dexter.
