Elizabeth Serrano provides unparalleled service to her role with FNTG Builder Services. She joined Fidelity National Title\'s Builder Division over 12 years ago and brings a wealth of residential homebuilder knowledge as a Department of Real Estate (DRE) Coordinator. Her industry background and expertise is backed by Fidelity National Title\'s talented title, escrow, and underwriting professionals. As liaison for both developers and DRE in the DRE process, Elizabeth has a meticulous eye for detail and organization. In addition to these essential qualities, she goes above and beyond with her professionalism, customer-oriented approach, and resourcefulness. A perfect match for her field, Elizabeth says she easily identifies with her clients, described by her as grounded, a bit optimistic, and hardworking people. Elizabeth meets with developers to discuss project guidelines, works with various consultants to gather documents, creates solutions and clarifies materials to suit DRE requirements, and consolidates final packages that will be submitted to DRE. 'I love seeing all the pieces come together on a project and interfacing with both consultants and the builder,' she says. Her steadfast work ethic in reviewing plans, maps, and documents to achieve a final product benefits a diverse range of local and national homebuilder clients. A Southern California native, Elizabeth has lived in the Inland Empire, Orange County, and currently resides in San Diego. She enjoys spending her spare time with her four (4) nephews and six (6) nieces, and is active in her local church.
