She entered the title insurance industry over 25 years ago and has experience in underwriting and administration. Her friendly and diligent nature is seen in her natural ability to maintain relationships with land developers, homebuilders, commercial/industrial developers, lenders, and attorneys. She has a primary in the business development arena and manages many multi-county developer accounts throughout California and other regions. She is responsible for service, pricing, and assembling teams of technicians that provide various products and services to FNTG Builder Services' customers and their consultants.

Rada is currently an active member of various Building Industry Association (BIA) chapters. She has an extensive leadership history and has been a part of numerous charitable services. Her prior associations include participation on the Board of Directors and the Membership Committee for the BIA of Orange County, involvement on the Advisory Council for the Construction Industry Alliance for the City of Hope, and service on the College of Education Steering Committee for California State University San Bernardino. Rada was honored in 2015 with the Gwen Rosebeary Award, granted through demonstrating significant involvement in the Building Industry Associate of Orange County. After residing in Hong Kong for 11 years, Rada is now a longtime resident in Anaheim Hills and is a proud mother of two successful children, one son and one daughter.
